Banning of sale of pirated items

Dear all,

Pls note that Pacific Licensing Studio, the exclusive licensing agent for Rovio (brand owner of “Angry Birds”) has publicly stated that all unauthorized sales of counterfeit Angry Birds merchandise must cease with immediate effect. All legal actions and/ or penalties resulting in the failure to comply with copyright licensing matters are bearable solely by the vendors. Neither *SCAPE nor Flea Escape will be liable for any consequences arising henceforth.

(In general, it’s with regards to the banning of sale of pirated “Angry Birds” products.)
